WELDING ENGINEERING AND QUALITY CONTROL

The activities of Quality and Welding Engineering are developed by certified personnel in accordance with EWF (European Welding Federation) & IIW (International Institute of Welding) rules for welding coordination (such as IWE, IWT, IWS) and /or inspection (such as IWI-C, S, B).

OUR SERVICES FOR WELDING ENGINEERING PROJECT DEVELOPMENT ARE:

Project Welding & QC Coordination for Client Production & QC departments support

Project Welding & NDT Supervisor for Client QC department support

Development, analysis and technical evaluation of bids

Activities that can be developed in our offices with periodic visits in the Operational Client headquarters and/or Yard facilities:

Definition and development of project and/or standard welding engineering

Development and execution of project qualifications plan, welding procedures and welders qualification (according to codes and normative standard specific e/o of project)

Preparation/Issue of Project Welding Book

Preparation/Issue of WPQR’s dossier with technical assistance during WPQR’s execution

Preparation/Issue of Welding & NDT Procedures & Practice

Activities that can be developed in our offices or in the Operational Client headquarters and/or Yard facilities:

Specific training and education for welding technicians

Specific training of personnel will be defined as per real necessities of the Client
